Thanks to all the members that put in a lot of hours to get the trails ready for the season. The wind storms kept us busy with downed trees and reroutes of some trails. Congrats to Eric Zeno for winning the groomer photo contest on the cover of the last issue of Snowmobile Vermont magazine. We had another successful calcutta dinner dance and raffle, thanks to all the members that pitched in to help set up the legion in Middlebury. Thanks to the Legion for letting us use the hall again and for the wonderful meal they prepared for us. We had around 160 people attend. Thanks to The Hitman for playing another year and keeping everyone on the dance floor. We had over 100 donation prizes that local businesses so generously donated for the raffle. Everyone went home with something nice. Thank you to the local businesses that donate to us year after year. We had a 50/50 raffle which raised $200 for the Charter House in Middlebury. We want to congratulate Gary and Sandy Moulton, the big Foote of the Mountain Secretary Mary Wright and President Gary Wright (far left) present Gary and Sandy Moulton (center) with their $2,500 winnings.
