Back Row (standing): Melanie Tregoning, Ron Tregoning, Sonny Koolis, Mike Filakovsky, Mikey Filakovsky, Ashley Varrone, Tom Varrone and Tommy Varrone. “The club uses three Ski-Doo Skandic SWT 550F machines (a 2003, 2004, and 2006), and a 2012 Arctic Bearcat 1100 Z1 XT GS, all fitted with drags of various weights or rollers, depending on trail conditions,” explained Gary Urbinati, south trailmaster. The 710 has a long history of dedicated volunteers: former Trailmaster Monte Perkins, former Treasurer Norm Bills, and former Secretary Tim Bills. Other grooming volunteers have been Club President Jesse Parsons, Sonny Koolis, Tim Kinney, Tom DeGrandi, John Bilda and Darryl Larsen. The club organizes many group rides and has one fundraiser per year. The Annual Rescue Ride-In considered the best BBQ fundraising event in southern Vermont! This season, it will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Trail conditions and events are posted on the club’s website www. It’s challenging, enjoyable and has a lot of heart for a “little” trail.
