time and effort helped keep the trails
smooth and safe for everyone.
Looking ahead, we’re already planning
for next season. During the off-season,
we’ll be working on some trail reroutes
and bridge projects to improve the
trails, as well as supporting our
generous landowners. To help support
these projects, we have club apparel for
sale by donation. Head to our website
or email Kim.thody@snoscramblers.

a huge thank you to everyone
- Landowners, club members,
volunteers, riders, and supporters who
made this season such a success!

Sadly, another season has passed,
but at least it was a good one! We
were blessed with near perfect trail
conditions throughout most of
February and early March. We were
unable to reschedule our poker run,
but there’s always next year.
We would like to thank all the
landowners, without whom we would
not have our amazing trail system. We
also have some of the best volunteers
any club could ask for. However, the
biggest shout out goes to our groomer
operators. They work tirelessly to keep
our trails in great shape. They were
out all hours, day and night, sacrificing
time with their families, and I, for one,
couldn’t possibly thank them enough.
I think anyone who rode our trails this
year would agree that we have some
of the best trails around for a smaller
club.
We are already looking forward to next
year. Our members and directors have
come up with some really fun ideas
that we are going to try to implement
next year.
As always, if you are interested in
volunteering or getting involved
with the club, we can be reached
on our Facebook page or our email:
frigidfrostfighters@gmail.com. We
update our Facebook page year round
so don’t forget to follow us if you don’t
already! Enjoy the warmer weather,
it will be sleddin’ season again before
you know it!

Topsham Ridge Runners
Greetings from the hills of Topsham!
Here it is, March 15, and I hope that
everyone has had an opportunity to
get out to enjoy the wonderful trails
our state is known for. The season got
off to a slow start but made up for it
later. We purchased a new Trail Paver
II drag last fall and put it to good use.
It’s taken a little getting used to, but
our operators have it just about figured
out.
With another riding season about
over, we have a busy off-season of
trail improvement projects to work on.
Along with the usual brush cutting, we
have two bridges to re-deck, a couple
of stretches of trail surface that need
attention and some signage updates.
We get asked a lot about the trail to
P&H Truck Stop. This trail has been
closed for a few years now. With
involvement from a couple new
volunteers, we hope to have a new
route planned and permissions in place
by this fall. This trail would hopefully
be ready by winter 2027/28.
Many thanks to our landowners,
dedicated members and volunteers
for making another season of
snowmobiling possible in our corner of
the world.

Upper Valley Snowpackers
Greetings from the Upper Valley!
This riding season has been one of the
best in recent memory with plenty of
cold and snow that made for some
awesome trails! Thank you to everyone
who supported the club this year,
we had a wonderful turnout at our
53rd annual chicken BBQ and our
redneck raffle tickets sold out faster
than ever before, we’ll be drawing
the winner at our final meeting of
the season on March 25th. While this
season was filled with some epic
highs it unfortunately also had some
lows, the worst being our PistenBully
losing its engine during a grooming
run. Luckily it broke down at the
end of the grooming season before
the warm up and was close to home
when it happened, but still was not
the ending we had hoped for. That
being said, we’re already working on
procuring a replacement engine and
will have it ready to roll come opening
day next year! This will not be an
inexpensive endeavor, so now more
than ever we need the support of our
