Mother Nature threw us a curveball
with a rainy day for our trailside
fundraiser at EX24, but our volunteers
did what they are great at and moved
the event to our American Legion Post.
It was a sellout crowd and went
smoothly. Prizes were abundant, and
so were smiles. Food was from Sled
Farm 2 Catering and was delicious as
usual.
Our generous sponsor, Gervais
Hardware, donated an outdoor
kitchen, which was a very popular
raffle prize that was won by Wayne
Symon. The grand prize was a new
Ski-Doo Renegade Adrenaline and was
won by Kirk Longe.
Longtime Brighton volunteer Sue
Purdell ran the event, and what a great
job she did. Big thanks to Sue for sure.

Brighton Snowmobile Club is testing
a prototype take along port-a-potty to
help snowmobilers have the best trail
experience when they have to go and not
wanting to stop getting those miles of
smiles. It will work with all the brands.
Stay tuned for its availability in their
online store in the future.
