Tina Berge, Information Officer sidehillcronchers.org Like us on Facebook Weathersfield Pathfinders Hello, everyone! We hope the summer was good to you all. Our hardworking volunteers have been planning the trail work that needs to be completed for the upcoming season. We feel that we are in a very good place this year to give those who ride through our trail system some of the best riding possible. There are also plans in the works for this year’s fundraising events. We are going to be holding our annual poker run in early February, and we are planning a spaghetti dinner, so pay attention to our Facebook page for more details. Recently, our club officers attended VAST Annual meeting, and they came back with some very nice awards. These awards were very well deserved as these volunteers put in countless hours of work to provide the best trails in the southern part of the state. Trailmaster Kevin Heiden was presented with an award for his hard work and dedication. VAST Trails Administrator Matt Tetreault honored Kevin by presenting him with the Motivation award. Seth Kimball was presented with the 2018 Horizon award. The club was presented with the 2018 Trail Project of the Year award for the reroute of the Weathersfield center trail loop. We have our fingers crossed that this will be a great winter so that riders can enjoy all of the hard work we have put in. See you all out on the trails!
