(Beth Godin photos) This group traveled in style to all the poker stops in a hired“COOL”bus! By Gloria Rodrigue The Snowstormers held their 22nd Annual Nicholas Gage Poker Run on Jan. 28. Mother Nature was kind to us and we received 8-10 inches of snow the night before, allowing people to actually do the poker run on their sleds! Congratulations to Jed Lyon, winner of the $500 first prize. Second place went to Maurice Besaw, driver of the Cool Bus. Ryan Gage took third and Tyler Royer received the fourth place prize. 50/50 was won by Mary Lasko. Many thanks to all the businesses who donated prizes and provided the stops for people to pick their hands. Special thanks to The Gap Pub And Grill for hosting the final stop and prize awarding ceremony. Maurice Besaw,“Cool Bus”driver, won the second place prize.
