We were able to divide 100 percent of the proceeds between the Make- A-Wish Foundation and the Vermont Achievement Center. The proceeds from the tractor raffle and golf tournament allowed the Rutland County Snowmobile Clubs to donate approximately $3,800 to each of these charities. Please support the sponsors and donors who support our sport of snowmobiling and helped make this event a success. Event volunteers Curt Marechaux, Dale Sutherland, Steve Howlett, Mike and Claire Poulin and Maureen Kay gather for a photo on the course where Benny’s Power Equipment set up an impressive display. Most impressive was how they managed to get all the equipment on a perfectly manicured putting green without a single blade of grass getting damaged! Wayne Wysocki holds the tickets he purchased for a chance to double his entries in a tool box drawing. Marianne Sutherland and Carol Mattson sold the tickets to golfers at the seventh hole. If their ball landed on the green from a“Tee shot ,“ they received twice as many tickets. Jacob Pickielnok from Redding, Vermont is a member of the Ludlow Sidehill Cronchers.
