b'Trails ReportBy Matt Tetreault, VAST Trails Administrator You will have a tough time believing that we all have the same issues too! Off-trail riding, cost of grooming equipment, cost of sleds, volunteer retention, insurance costs, etc. You name an issue and the other states and provinces have dealt with it in the past or are dealing with it now! I can imagine that these same issues were worked on at these meetings that took place back in the 80s and 90s.
