2018/19 Snow Traveler’s Guide to Vermont | 31 Clubs - Windsor County Windsor county is the largest county based on geographic miles and amount of snowmobile clubs. To choose one featured route is almost impossible to do, so we have highlighted two featured routes for this year’s Travelers Guide. Our first route takes you through the scenic trails of Andover, Chester, Cavendish and Ludlow. Coming from the Green Mountain National Forest in Windham county, you connect to the Andover Mountaineers trails in Windsor county. When traveling on Corridor 12 in Andover, you will come upon a scenic pinnacle area. Take a moment to enjoy the view. Continue on Corridor 12 towards Chester. WR 55, WR 54, WR 53, WR 52, WR 51, and about halfway before you come to WR 50, you will come across a great area which you can use for parking, a future start point on your ride, or stop to use the port-a- potty. Continue on towards WR 50 on Corridor 12 to WR 49 to WR 46. From WR 46, bear to your right and head towards WR 43.
