We Will Not Be Undersold! Scott Guptill has been keeping activities of the club posted on the VAST website. Also, check the VAST site for the latest in trail conditions as posted by Scott. Thanks for the work you have done with this and our Facebook page, Scott! I have stepped down from the treasurer position effective the end of the current snowmobile season. Also, someone else will be taking over the duty of submitting articles to Snowmobile Vermont magazine. I’ve been a member of Franklin County Snow Raiders Snowmobile Club for over 40 years and have held all the elective offices over that time, but it is time for me to turn the reins over to others. I have worked with many great people over the years and it’s been an unforgettable experience. I have seen many changes both at the local and state level. Thank you all! Best of luck in the future. Ken Stockwell, Treasurer Like us on Facebook Northwest Riders Welcome 2017! We started out with a very promising season, with riding before Christmas. But since then, we have had cold temperatures and no snow. This has not kept us from being busy improving the trails for when our snow arrives. Both of our groomers are ready and waiting. One exciting update to the area is that the LVRT is now open from Sheldon Junction to Cambridge. This opens up many new opportunities to all of us. This was a joint effort between Northwest Riders and the Fletcher Rough Riders. Club meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Abbey Restaurant in Sheldon. We always welcome new members and new ideas.
